Initial Consultation (In Person)
Service Description
A relaxed first session where we get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on for you and what you would like to be different. I'll explain how the brain works and why solution focused hypnotherapy is effective, and you'll have time to ask anything you want. You'll leave with a clear sense of how we'd work together and what to expect.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling: Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, are charged in full. Payment: Payment is taken at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place. Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Before booking: Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical or psychological care. Please continue any existing treatment, and don't attend a session under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Full terms are set out in the Client Agreement, which we'll go through together before therapy begins.
